Our Motocross community is a close and caring group especially when one of our own is in need. This is about one of the greats of our sport and a good friend who thrilled us all until a tragic spill took him off his bike and confined him to a wheelchair.

But Danny “Magoo” Chandler has never let his handicap get in the way of helping others. On his own, he travels to events and workshops, sharing his formidable knowledge and teaching young, aspiring riders how to be safe and avoid injury. This he does with less than adequate equipment and a vehicle that makes getting around a challenge all in itself.

So we’ve organized the Danny “Magoo” Chandler Van Fund with the goal of providing this great friend and asset with a vehicle that will give him the mobility and comfort he deserves for all he continues to give us.

For those of you who enjoy great wine, I’ve signed 100 bottles of our 2005 Bad Brad Cab Blend which we’re offering for $100 per bottle. With each purchase, $50 will go to the “Van Fund” and help us put our friend and mentor in a ride he deserves.
